Executive Assistant (Claude AI)

Hire Overseas is seeking an AI-powered Executive Assistant to provide executive support, operational coordination, project management, and strategic assistance in a fast-paced remote environment. The role goes beyond traditional executive assistance by combining operational ownership with extensive use of AI tools such as Claude AI, Claude Code, and the broader Claude ecosystem to accelerate research, communication, workflow management, and decision-making. You will work directly with leadership teams, manage priorities across business functions, coordinate projects from initiation to delivery, and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. The position requires a highly autonomous individual who can operate across multiple functions, take ownership of business challenges, and leverage AI tools to execute work efficiently and effectively.

Candidates should have practical experience using Claude AI and related AI productivity tools as part of their daily workflows alongside strong written communication and organizational skills. Applicants are expected to demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects independently, coordinate with stakeholders across multiple functions, and operate effectively in environments with limited structure or direction. Prior experience supporting founders, executives, or leadership teams in executive assistant, operations, chief of staff, or generalist roles is highly valuable. Familiarity with project management platforms such as Notion, Linear, or similar collaboration tools, as well as experience building lightweight automations using AI-assisted coding tools, will be considered advantageous. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the initiative to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
