About the role
Support Adventure is a global MSP staffing company placing remote IT support technicians on client helpdesks around the world. With 200+ technicians working from exotic locations globally, they're hiring IT Support Technicians at various levels — helpdesk, project, and NOC — to support end-users in English-speaking countries. You'll work in Microsoft-based environments (on-premises, cloud, or hybrid), use ticketing and documentation systems, and be assigned directly to a client's helpdesk team as an integral member. Rolling contracts with regular USD/EUR/GBP payouts.
What we're looking for
Experience with remote desktop support for Microsoft Windows (macOS is a plus); remote network troubleshooting and management; Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 deployment and administration; virtual device management on Azure, AWS, and/or VMware; MSP ticketing system experience is a strong plus; strong written and spoken English; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users; strong documentation habits and attention to detail.
