As a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant, you'll be matched with a dedicated client ("Founder") and support their business with social media scheduling, email marketing automations, landing page and funnel creation, digital asset design, and CRM/inbox/calendar management. Full training is provided, with guaranteed salary increases every six months for five years and clear promotion pathways into Specialist, Team Leader, or Trainer roles.

Fluent English (written and spoken); at least 1 year of work experience in any industry; tech-savvy with comfort using Canva, Google Suite, and social platforms; excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic; disciplined, self-motivated, and eager to learn; reliable work-from-home setup with backup internet and power; must be based in the Philippines and available for night shift work (aligned with North American clients).
