About the role
Ekahal is a think studio focused on technology, marketing, and design, working across diverse clients including nonprofits, SaaS platforms, e-commerce brands, and legal services. The Lead UI/UX Designer will own the design function across multiple live projects, shaping user experiences from early discovery through to final implementation. The role requires translating client needs into clear design direction, leading UI/UX execution, and ensuring consistency across digital products.
You will be responsible for end-to-end product design including wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems. The role also involves collaborating directly with clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated into production. You will act as the design lead, maintaining quality standards, organizing design workflows, and ensuring all deliverables are structured, scalable, and production-ready.
