You'll resolve customer issues, walk users through troubleshooting processes, maintain accurate documentation, and continuously grow your knowledge of helpdesk procedures and services — all in a fully remote, flexible environment.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a Help Desk or technical support role; working knowledge of help desk software, databases, and remote control tools; strong client-facing and communication skills; advanced troubleshooting and multitasking abilities; customer service orientation; advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) required.
