Senior-Level AI/ML Engineer

Lustrew Dynamics is hiring a Senior-Level AI/ML Engineer to help build OptimumAI, Nigeria’s first AI-powered Out-of-Home advertising intelligence platform. The role involves developing and deploying machine learning models for traffic prediction, exposure analytics, attribution systems, and time-series forecasting. You will work on real-time AI systems, optimize inference pipelines, integrate geospatial datasets, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams. The position is fully on-site in Ikeja GRA, Lagos, and is offered as a 9–12 month full-time contract contingent on project contract signing.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, with at least 4–6 years of experience building production-grade AI/ML systems. Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, SQL, cloud ML deployment, API-based model deployment, and time-series forecasting is required. Experience with geospatial modeling, advertising analytics systems, or streaming data pipelines is considered an advantage. Applicants should also possess strong analytical reasoning, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
