Siena is building an AI “Agent of Record” platform that consolidates fragmented customer tooling into a single intelligent system powering support, shopping, and social experiences for consumer brands. This role sits in the Platform Experience team and focuses on owning and resolving real production issues end-to-end.
You will investigate customer-facing failures (agent misbehavior, broken integrations, data inconsistencies, webhook issues), work directly with customers when needed, and build durable fixes that prevent recurrence. The role blends debugging, systems thinking, AI agent understanding, and product feedback loops.

Requirements
Strong ability to debug complex production issues end-to-end
Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, Express
Comfortable reading backend systems and tracing browser-side JavaScript
Ability to write and run diagnostic SQL (PostgreSQL)
Experience or strong familiarity with LLMs, prompts, retrieval systems, and agent workflows
Ability to distinguish product bugs vs customer-side issues
Strong communication skills; comfortable speaking directly with customers
Bias toward automation and building systems that prevent repeat issues
Experience with observability tools (Sentry, Grafana, Honeycomb) is a plus
Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) is expected
