Senior UX/Product Designer (AI-Projects)

Commission is hiring a Senior UX/Product Designer to work on AI-driven projects for BraveAchievers.com. The role involves owning the entire product design process from discovery and user research to prototyping, testing, and shipping production-ready experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong product thinking with AI-assisted workflows using tools such as Figma, Framer, Claude Code, Lovable, bolt.new, and Replit to rapidly move from ideas to coded MVPs. The designer will conduct mixed-methods research, synthesize findings into actionable product decisions, create high-fidelity interfaces and scalable design systems, and collaborate across teams in a remote-first environment. The role also includes working with analytics, experimentation, accessibility, and performance optimization while leveraging AI tools to accelerate design and frontend implementation workflows.

Candidates should have between 2 to 5 years of experience designing and shipping user-facing digital products end-to-end. Strong proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, variables, variants, and token-based workflows, is required. Applicants should also have experience conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research and turning insights into evidence-backed product decisions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable reading and modifying HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with additional experience in TypeScript or React considered a plus. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Lovable, bolt.new, and Replit is highly important. Experience with accessibility standards, responsive design, analytics platforms, experimentation tools, automation workflows, and modern frontend systems will be beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an async remote environment are also essential.
