Learning & Development Coordinator

The L&D Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end management of staff training. Key duties include developing annual training calendars, coordinating onboarding for new hires, and managing logistics for workshops (venues, materials, facilitators). You will also conduct learning needs assessments through staff surveys and performance reviews to ensure training aligns with MSI's reproductive health objectives and donor compliance requirements.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. ​Sector Experience: Experience in the NGO or development sector is a significant advantage. ​Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint are critical for data management and reporting). ​Knowledge: Basic understanding of adult learning principles and competency-based certification frameworks
