This role requires the ability to handle administrative projects independently and deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision.
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role; familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP tools; proficiency with word-processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office); knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools like Google Calendar; excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills; strong time management and organizational skills.
