About the role

The Virtual Executive Assistant in Patient Success Operations supports patients throughout their care journey by handling scheduling, onboarding, patient communication, follow-ups, and operational coordination across internal teams. The role involves working closely with clinical operations to ensure prescriptions, documentation requests, prior authorizations, and administrative workflows are completed efficiently while maintaining an exceptional patient experience. This position is fully remote and requires availability between 1:00 PM and 9:30 PM Central Time.

What we're looking for

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a patient-facing support role within healthcare, telehealth, behavioral health, pharmacy, insurance, or related industries. Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential, along with the ability to remain empathetic and organized in fast-paced environments. Applicants should be comfortable using communication and productivity tools such as Dialpad, Slack, and Healthie or similar platforms. Experience working in telehealth or call center environments is highly preferred, while familiarity with healthcare workflows such as scheduling, insurance processes, pharmacies, and documentation management is advantageous. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple conversations and workflows simultaneously while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
