About the role
Gcore is a global infrastructure and software provider powering AI, cloud, network, and security solutions across 210+ edge locations, 50+ cloud regions, and thousands of GPUs. They're hiring a Head of Infrastructure Operations to oversee and maintain the company's global data center infrastructure, ensuring stability, reliability, and operational excellence across product teams. You'll set infrastructure standards, manage vendor relationships, own the operations budget, drive SLA performance, and lead a team of infrastructure engineers — all while evaluating emerging technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a senior infrastructure operations management role (Head of Infra Ops or equivalent); deep understanding of data center infrastructure including servers, networking, cloud, and power distribution; strong knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices; excellent leadership and people management skills including performance reviews and career development; strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
