AI Engineer

Knotch is building production-grade AI agents on top of one of the richest proprietary datasets in B2B content intelligence. As an AI Engineer, you'll move the platform from surfacing insights to autonomously acting on them — designing and deploying agentic AI systems that enterprise clients depend on in production. You'll own backend and frontend services, data pipelines, AI safety/governance layers, and evaluation frameworks. This is a ground-up reimagining of content intelligence in the age of LLMs, with real influence over architecture, roadmap, and product direction.

3+ years building and shipping LLM-powered applications; hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks; strong Python and backend API skills; experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and semantic similarity; data engineering background including Snowflake or similar warehouses; prompt engineering fluency with structured outputs; evaluation and observability mindset; prior startup or SaaS experience required.
