Founding CTO / Distributed Systems Architect

Growth Partner Intermediaries Limited is recruiting a Founding CTO / Distributed Systems Architect for a next-generation edge networking platform. This is a leadership role for a visionary technologist with deep expertise in distributed systems and telecom-grade networking. You'll define the overall technical direction and architecture, own the scalability strategy, standardize protocols and routing logic, oversee the technical roadmap, and build and mentor a world-class engineering team — all while collaborating with product leadership to translate vision into execution.

Master's degree required; 10–15 years of experience in distributed systems design, mesh networking, telecom architecture, edge computing, or real-time systems; proven leadership in telecom infrastructure, SD-WAN, cloud networking, or edge computing companies; track record of building resilient, high-throughput scalable platforms; experience driving scalability engineering for millions of concurrent connections.
