About the role
Limit Break is a mobile gaming company backed by Buckley Ventures and Paradigm, building gaming economies that bridge digital worlds and real-world markets. They're hiring a Senior Unity Engineer to help build a new mid-core 3D mobile game from concept to production. Starting with a small prototype team, you'll shape the game's architecture, collaborate with designers and artists, interface with the backend team, and eventually help scale the team into full production. This is a rare opportunity to be a core founding member of an ambitious new title at an experienced, well-funded studio.
What we're looking for
8+ years of professional game development experience with 5+ years in Unity; strong C# skills and deep understanding of the Unity engine lifecycle; at least one shipped live-service mobile game on Unity; ability to work confidently within a large existing codebase; strong grasp of MonoBehaviours, ScriptableObjects, Prefabs, and Addressables; proactive ownership mindset from concept to polish; bilingual English and Japanese preferred; familiarity with GoLang, Redis, SQL, Docker, Free-to-play, and CI/CD pipelines are a plus.
